At Legacy Kush, all taxes are included in the final price you see—no surprises at checkout! We believe in transparent pricing, so the price listed is the total price you will pay. Due to our all-inclusive pricing model, we are unable to separate or adjust taxes for medical patients. The price you see is the total price you will pay, regardless of your patient status.
Legacy Kush follows all California laws and enforces the state’s purchase limits. The daily limits are as follows:
- For recreational users: Adults (21+) can purchase up to one ounce (28.5 grams) of cannabis flower (loose or pre-rolled) and up to eight grams of concentrated cannabis, including edibles, vaporizers, and extracts.
- For medical patients: Patients with a valid medical marijuana recommendation can purchase up to 8 ounces (226.8 grams) of flower per day, based on their medical needs.

Online orders will be held for 2 days from the order being placed. After that time span, the order will be canceled and the product will be returned to regular stock. Please keep in mind that any promotional deals or discounts are only applicable on the day of purchase. If you’re unable to pick up your order, someone else can do so on your behalf, provided they have your permission and a valid, government issued ID.

- Unopened Items: Products may be returned for exchange or store credit within 7 days of purchase, as long as they are unopened and in their original packaging with a fully legible lot, batch, or inventory ID number.
- Defective Vaporizers: If you encounter a defective vaporizer (such as a pod or disposable), it may be eligible for exchange if it meets the following conditions:
- Exchange must be made within 2 weeks of the purchase date.
- The vaporizer must be half full and found to be defective (e.g., malfunctioning or leaking) due to a manufacturing issue.
- The defective vaporizer must be returned in its original packaging with a fully legible lot, batch, or inventory ID number.
- Recalled Products: In the case of a recall, customers may receive an exchange or store credit within 30 days of the Department of Cannabis Control (DCC) Recall Publication Date. The item must be returned in its original packaging with a fully legible lot, batch, or inventory ID number.
All exchanges are subject to manager approval. If you have questions about a defective or recalled product, feel free to ask our team for assistance.
We do not allow opening jars or sniffing samples. All products are displayed in closed display containers for your safety and convenience. Additionally, consumption is not permitted in-store or on the premises.
